The question that is difficult to answer at the moment is whether there are more loons on the left than wackos on the right, or has it just seemed that way for the past eight years since the loons have been out of power.

Whether or not the wackos come out of the woodwork over the next four years, will indicate whether it is the former or the latter.Allan R. I wish people could have a cordial discussion, even over matters in which they sharply disagree.

But this incivility seems to be ingrained to a significant extent in our culture (on Scot's meanderings this morning, I see an article from Os Guinness, who recently wrote a book on that).Ted M. I know there is no way of accurately and scientifically verifying this theory but based upon published reports and materials, internet materials, etc. over many years, it seems the left has a majority in the lunatic fringe element in the United States. Also very vile, vitriolic and vocal as well.

Nice aliteration, huh?

Anyway, something for ya upon which to ponder.Carlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11709263132449139869noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19733180.post-75684377601120871772009-01-22T19:52:00.000-05:002009-01-22T19:52:00.000-05:00Carl:You gave me the best laugh I have had in a fe...Carl:

You gave me the best laugh I have had in a few days!
