We Have a New Bishop...

...that is if you are alive in 398 A.D. John Chrysostom, one of the eight great doctors of the church becomes Bishop of Constantinople on February 26th. Among his many quotables, Chrysostom said, "A comprehended god is no god.."

Chrysostom was exiled twice in his life, after all, it is not the job of the bishop to keep everyone happy.
