Books that Are Great Reads

I love reading! I am usually reading four different books at a time. I have received a few emails of late asking me to recommend good books I have read. Here are some books I have read in the past two years that I have found to be good reads. They are listed in alphabetical order by author:

Hilarion Alfeyev, Christ the Conqueror of Hell: The Descent into Hades from an Orthodox Perspective, 2009.

David Alan Black, Will You Join the Cause of Global Missions? 2012.

Robert Cornwall, Ultimate Allegiance: The Subversive Nature of the Lord's Prayer, 2010.

Ant Greenham, The Questioning God: An Inquiry for Muslims, Jews, and Christians, 2012.

John Gribbon, Alone in the Universe: Why Our Planet Is Unique, 2011.

Alister McGrath, Heresy: A History of Defending the Truth, 2010.

Scot McKnight, The King Jesus Gospel: The Original Good News Revisited, 2011.

John Polkinghorne, Science and the Trinity: The Christian Encounter with Reality, 2004.

Richard Rohr, Falling Upward: Spirituality for the Two Halves of Life, 2011.

William Willimon, Bishop: The Art of Questioning Authority by an Authority in Question, 2012.
