Energion Political Roundtable: Capital Gains Taxes



I am linking to the four bloggers with whom I am participating in the Energion Political Roundtable. I have not been able to answer this week's question yet as it has been very difficult for me this week to carve out enough time to spend even five minutes in front of a computer.
 
This week's question: "Should the capital gains tax be changed (raised, lowered, eliminated)? In very general terms, how would this relate to your general view of tax policy?"
