The Answer to Pushy Republicans in the Church Is Not Pushy Democrats in the Church

Quote the Day from Michael Kruse:

The answer to a church that makes you uncomfortable being a Democrat isn't to create a church that makes you uncomfortable to be Republican (or vice versa). The answer is in asking how political affiliation came to drive the church's agenda.

Amen! Preach it brother!

Too bad too many people don't realize the fact that both Democrats and Republicans are people of God's creation too. We also tend to make the mistake that if we are Republican, we should remain conservative in worship, and if we are democrat, we should be liberal in worship. We're called to be Biblical in worship...not conservative or liberal. Republican and Democrat agendas should never govern worship, but only God's word. And the best part is, God's word is for everyone, including for Repubs and Dems.
