A Prayer for the Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost

Father, may everything we do begin with your inspiration and continue with your saving help. Let our work always find its origin in you and through you reach completion. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen.

I keep seeing references to the "Eleventh Sunday After Pentecost." What does this mean or represent and is there a scriptural reference to such a day?

The season of Pentcost last from Pentecost Sunday until Advent. It is also called ordinary time.

Pentecost is mentioned in Scripture. In Judaism it is one of the three great feast days, and marks the bringing in of the first-fruits of the harvest. In the NT, Acts chapter two, it is on Pentecost that the Holy Spirit comes and it also marks the birthday of the church.
