I was just telling my husband this morning that I believed that term limits are just as necessary for the Legislative branch as the executive branch...

Most of the time, government programs are covers for "private interests". Many who work in government can establish businesses on the backs of the tax-payer. There are loop-holes in our laws. And with the recent dismissal of one of the Instpector Generals (without the 30 day notice signed into law by Senator Obama), power is exerting itself with no limitations.

Balance of power is always necessary for there to be a maintenance of moral government. Otherwise, the smell of self-interests is too strong to ignore for long.
