Bride arrested on wedding day

WICHITA, Kan. (AP) -- The bride wore -- cuffs.

Deputies in Sedgwick County, Kansas, busted Kandi Blakney's when she went to the courthouse to get married.

She was hauled off in her wedding dress and handcuffs.

When clerks entered Blakney's name in the courthouse computer for her marriage license, two outstanding warrants came up for probation violations.

Records show Blakney had a drug conviction in 2002.

The busted bride was ordered held on $200,000 bond.
